A Fellow of the AICD, GIA and member of Chief Executive Women, Louise also brings significant Board, military and leadership experience spanning local government, defence, for-purpose organisations, and national and elite sporting Club roles.

With 15 years in the Australian construction sector, David possesses extensive utility industry experience. His skill in cultivating business relationships, along with proficiency in site-based and senior management roles, enables him to manage Garde with the utmost professionalism. As a General Manager, he ensures effective alignment with business objectives.

John Klaser
John has 39 years of experience and extensive knowledge in major infrastructure works with 15 years specific experience in electrical infrastructure projects. John oversees and manages the design elements related to high voltage and extra high voltage cable systems in Australia.

Colin commenced with Garde in 2019 and is a capable and dynamic interface manager, with a proven track record for delivering complex projects. Over the past decade, he has managed and worked on multiple large-scale infrastructure projects in challenging urban environments.

Wayne Parnell
With over four decades of experience at Cleary Bros, Wayne Parnell leads Plant Hire Division, overseeing the operation, maintenance, and deployment of one of the region’s most extensive civil plant fleets. Bringing deep technical knowledge and practical leadership to every project, Wayne holds a Diploma of Management, Cert IV in OHS, and a wide range of operator licences and specialist training, ensuring high standards in safety, reliability, and fleet performance across all operations.

Louise has been working with Garde as Traffic Manager since March 2020. Louise has gained extensive knowledge and experience from working on several major projects across Sydney over the past 5 years. Louise regularly interfaces with external stakeholders such as Traffic Management Centre, Network Operations, Network Safety Services, Greater Sydney Roads, Customer Journey Planning, Local Councils and Bus Authorities.

Scott has been involved in the Construction and Building Industry for over 24 years. Scott returned to Garde Services as a Project Manager in 2024 to bolster their already experienced management team and to bring additional knowledge and expertise in the level 1 ASP contestable work space.
